    ■Structure and characteristics
    1.The structure of this series of fans is mine explosion-proof axial flow: the fan is composed of seven parts: collector, impeller, motor, explosion-proof junction box, body, air duct and muffler (YBT-X). The machine body and structural parts are welded with steel plates; the motor and impeller are directly used, and the transmission is reliable; the whole machine has simple and compact structure, strong and durable, safe use and convenient maintenance.
    2.The motor is YB series explosion-proof two-pole three-phase asynchronous motor for mining, the voltage is 380/660V, the motor base is welded into one body, and the motor is directly cooled by the airflow delivered by the impeller.
    3.The junction box of the motor is placed on the outside of the body for easy wiring. There are six connection terminals and one grounding terminal in the junction box. The user selects the connection method according to the power supply voltage requirements; when the power supply voltage is 380V, the △ connection method is used, and when the power supply voltage is 660V, the Y connection method is used. When the fan leaves the factory, the motor is connected according to △.
    4.Grounding bolts are welded on the flange of the fan body for direct use on site.
    5.On the flange flange of the muffler, evenly distributed holes are drilled for connecting the reducer nipple or directly connecting the rubber duct. When connecting fan and rubber duct with reducer pup joint, the reducer pup joint can be made into convergent type or divergent type.
